Report a problem clearly
Include the page or feature, the steps that led to the problem, what you expected and what actually happened. Mention the device and browser when relevant. A screenshot can help, but remove personal details, account information and any secret links or tokens before posting it.
For a CoA entry, link the report and explain the exact correction needed, such as a batch identifier, compound association or source link. Distinguish a data correction from a question about what the laboratory result means.
Propose an improvement
Explain the situation the change would help with. You do not need to design the solution or know how the software works. Suggestions for a new regional area or compound section are especially useful when linked to existing discussions that would benefit.
For an issue involving another member, use a flag or contact staff privately rather than opening a public dispute. Do not post security-sensitive details publicly. The community guidelines explain the standards we use when reviewing content and moderation concerns.
